Slovenia as a country that can produce excellent wines? The word is slowly going around in the wine world but most of the people that heard about our tiny country would never think about wonderful red wines that are produced here.
It's true that most of the wines produced here are whites (about 70%) but we should definitely not forget about red wines also. And the quality is improving dramatically from vintage to vintage.
