Winemaking: Only clean and ripe grapes were picked into small 20 kilo crates. We have two vinifications, 50 % with autochthonic yeast, spontaneously, uncontrolled alcoholic fermentation, the other part with selected yeast, fermented by lower temperature. Then we gave the first part in a new 225 l barrique barrels for nine months. We blended both parts before bottling, and with mild filtration went wine in bottles.
Taste: Efekt expressed both in a richness of flavour and an expressive, fruity, aroma. The hint of Barrique lends an air of enchantment to this perfect tapestry of varietal aromas that hint at wild berries and blackberries with ripening aroma of chocolate.
