Winemaking: Strong selection of grapes in vineyards gave us the best juice which fermented in big and small oak barrels. After alcohol fermentation we aged wine with fine lees for further 18 months.
Vineyards: Vines were pruned and trained using single guyot to ensure optimal sun exposure in vertical vineyards 35 to 40 years old. Soils are clay/sand on marl.
Exposure: SE, SW.
Production: Integrated production (30 hl / ha). ￼
Taste: Wine with unique character which inspire us with elegant foulness, difference. Woody flavor is well balanced with acid and give us long after taste.
