Winemaking: We harvested Sauvignon on three different locations where the ripenesses were different. Gentle handling of grapes with reduced air contact of juice and wine. One hundred percent aging on fine lees for five months.
Taste: Accentuated primary flavoring ingredients are the result of a successful grapes processing and careful grape vinification .Its aroma hints at grapefruit or tropical nuances, which intertwine in a bouquet that hints at paprika, tomato leaves. It gives a pleasant cool, calm and lasting impression. Wine is strong and of durable structure in its taste, and drinkable.
Vineyards: Vines were pruned and trained using single guyot to ensure optimal sun exposure in vertical vineyards 8 to 46 years old. Soils are clay/sand on marl.
