The colour is golden yellow with amber shades. The smell is very intense and luxurious. The wine combines the aromas of dried flowers, herbs, dry fruits, spices, caramel, vanilla and silica. A harmony of flavours, very mineral with a buttery texture. A full-bodied elegant wine.
Manual harvesting of organically grown grapes separately by variety. Three-day spontaneous fermentation of the must with own yeasts in contact with the grapes. After mash pressing, fermentation continues in stainless steel tanks; the completion of the alcoholic fermentation, and three years of aging in 225 litres wooden barrels. The wine underwent the entire malolactic fermentation. Wines of certain varieties are combined before bottling. Bottling without filtration with the minimal addition od SO2 and at least 12 months maturation in the bottle.
