VINEYARD: Place (0.5 ha, altitude 150 m a.s.l), 6000 vines/ha, average plant age 15 years, single guyot training system SOIL: flish WINE YIELD: 60 hL/ha HARVESTING: hand picked BOTTLING: March 2018 PRODUCTION: 160 cases WINE TECHNOLOGY: Stainless steel tank fermented, early moved from yeast - to keep low alcohol level and sugar content. WINE CARACTERISTICS: Alc: 10.5 vol. % / Sugar cont.: 48 g/L / Acidity: 6.7 g/L FOOD AND WINE Recommended with semi sweet deserts up to panacote. Popular especially among women as party wine or afternoon meeting wine (even without food).
