WINE DESCRIPTION: Wine is smooth, rich in taste – fruity with a lot of refreshing impressions. Its dominating note is fresh melon, following by some summer pear, green apple and lemon skin notes.
VINEYARD: Potoce (1.5 ha, altitude 120 m a.s.l.), Pliska (0,5ha, altitude 170 m a.s.l.), Dornberk (1,5 ha ,altitude 90 masl) 6000 vines/ha, average plant age 12 years, single guyot training system
SOIL: marl, clay
WINE YIELD: 60 hL/ha HARVESTING: hand picked
WINE TECHNOLOGY: The grapes are not crashed before pressing, the juice is steel tank fermented, active batonaging four months, filtrated before bottling.
