WINE DESCRIPTION: Wine is smooth, rich in taste, fruity and creamy. Matured apple notes are combined with some orange skin. Long buttery finish. VINEYARD: Potoce (1.0 ha, altitude 120 m a.s.l.), Nad hiso (0,5ha, altitude 190 m a.s.l.) 6000 vines/ha, average plant age 12 years, single guyot training system. SOIL: flish/clay WINE YIELD: 60 hL/ha HARVESTING: hand picked BOTTLING: March 2016 PRODUCTION: 180 cases WINE TECHNOLOGY: 90 % of the juice steel tank fermented, 10% barrel fermented, active batonaging four months, filtrated before bottling. WINE CARACTERISTICS: Alc: 13.5 vol. % / Sugar cont.: 2.0 g/L / Acidity: 6.2 g/L FOOD AND WINE Recommended with all spicy seafood, pasta and risotto, also well with white meat.
